Course Outline
SELECTED MODELS AND TOOLS YOU WILL LEARN:
- Stairway to Heaven model - the sequence (attunement, contact, contract, dialogue - influence, arrangements, bridge to the future) of effective communication.
- Principles of establishing clear contracts and business boundaries (based on principles developed by Carl Rogers) to avoid the pitfalls of the drama triangle and power games.
- Power games and drama triangle games in business: countering, identifying roles (savior, persecutor, victim), and exiting the game.
- The dynamics of emotional escalation and the model of constructive confrontation, designed on the basis of nonviolent communication - Marshall Rosenberg's NVC.
- The ABCD model of your emotions and very practical techniques for managing yourself and handling a difficult situation and relationship, designed on the basis of Rational Behavioral Therapy.
- Managing yourself on the "inner stage" ("blind spots" - Johari windows and "flashpoints") and the leader's "outer stage," making the self real and emotions and action (from conflict to interaction).
- Versatile Leadership - a model of comprehensive leadership, covering four dimensions of understanding one's behavior and actions on the internal stage, and four dimensions of managing oneself and relationships on the external stage.
- 3 E Fair Process.
- Outcome Based Thinking model - thinking in terms of the outcome, what I want to achieve, in communication, leadership, and management processes.
- Thinking through the other person's decision-making process (problems and challenges, personal interests, business goals, and objections arising at various stages of the decision-making process), with the goal of selecting the right logical and rational arguments from which a business case and return on investment can be derived. The ability to explain cause and effect, enriched with emotional arguments ("hot" system and "cold" system, i.e., fast and slow path, according to Nobel laureate in economics Daniel Kahneman) to effectively influence a change in people's beliefs and actions.
- Situational leadership model according to Blanchard.
