Course Outline

The 'Agile Project Management' training includes presenting the concepts and principles of agile project management, as well as presenting and practicing various agile project management practices related to:

  • The full project cycle, i.e., from initiation, through planning and monitoring to closure
  • Different agile approaches, such as Scrum and Kanban.
