SAFe® for Teams Training Course
This two-day course is designed to equip teams that are part of an Agile Release Train (ART) with the skills needed to operate effectively in an Agile environment. Participants will learn how to use Scrum, Kanban, and XP methodologies to become Agile Teams. They will also learn how to build their backlogs, plan and execute iterations, and understand their role within the ART. The course emphasizes collaboration, planning, execution, and continuous improvement with other teams.
The class prepares participants to manage a Program Increment (PI), including all necessary meetings at both the Team and Program levels, with a particular focus on PI planning. By attending this course, participants will be ready to take the exam and become certified SAFe® Practitioners (SP).

Requirements
All are welcome to attend the course, regardless of experience. However, the following prerequisites are highly recommended for those who intend to take the SAFe® Practitioner (SP) certification exam:
- Familiarity with Agile concepts and principles
- Awareness of Scrum, Kanban, and XP
- Working knowledge of software and hardware development processes
