SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager with POPM Certification Training Course
Acquire the essential skills needed to facilitate value delivery within a Lean enterprise and gain insights into the activities, tools, and methodologies used to manage backlogs and programs by becoming a SAFe® 4 Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM). Over this two-day course, participants will develop a comprehensive understanding of the Agile Release Train (ART), its role in delivering value, and how to effectively carry out their responsibilities.
They will also learn to apply Lean principles in writing Epics, breaking them down into Features and Stories, planning and executing Iterations, and planning Program Increments. Additionally, attendees will explore the Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps culture, understand how to integrate effectively as Product Owners and Product Managers, and discover the strategies for continuous improvement of the ART.
To excel in the role of a SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager, participants should be able to:
