Microsoft Copilot is quickly emerging as one of the most powerful productivity tools available to Microsoft 365 organisations. Yet many companies soon realise that simply handing out Copilot licenses does not guarantee visible business results. Without hands-on guidance, employees tend to use only a small part of its functionality, leaving significant opportunities for time savings, stronger collaboration, and more informed decisions on the table.
This two-day, instructor-led course helps employees move past basic trial and error and build the confidence to integrate Microsoft Copilot into their daily routines. Instead of examining isolated features, the course shows how Copilot can act as a dependable assistant across the whole organisation—from production planning and quality reporting to financial analysis, HR documentation, engineering teamwork, supply chain communication, and IT knowledge management.
The training is anchored in realistic manufacturing situations, giving participants the chance to practise workflows that closely reflect their day-to-day duties. During the course, employees learn to craft effective prompts, interpret data, produce professional documents, condense meetings, streamline repetitive communication, and collaborate more smoothly using Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Copilot Chat.
By the end of the programme, participants come away with immediately applicable skills, role-specific prompt libraries they can reuse, and established workflows that help turn Microsoft Copilot from an unfamiliar tool into a genuine productivity driver across the organisation.

Instead of scattered experimentation, employees develop shared working practices with Copilot, cutting down repetitive administrative tasks, improving communication, speeding up reporting, and helping managers make quicker, better-informed decisions. The result is not just increased familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, but a stronger foundation for organisation-wide productivity and collaboration.
