Artificial Intelligence is quickly emerging as the cornerstone of contemporary product management, fundamentally altering the way we uncover customer requirements, define solutions, and make critical decisions. Much like electricity transformed industrial processes, AI is redefining the lifecycle of how products are created, validated, and iterated.

This live, instructor-led course, available both online and on-site, is designed for Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Agile Coaches seeking to leverage AI to enhance their ownership practices and decision-making capabilities.

Upon completion, participants will be equipped to:

• Grasp the core concepts of Artificial Intelligence and distinguish between traditional AI and Generative AI (GenAI).
• Utilize AI to reinforce the seven key stances of a Product Owner—such as Visionary, Experimenter, and Customer Representative, as well as the newly introduced Orchestrator stance.
• Master the art of effective prompting, treating AI tools as intelligent partners with specific capabilities.
• Enhance customer insight by creating AI-assisted personas for hypothesis testing and discovery, all while preserving genuine customer interactions.
• Articulate a clear product vision using structured approaches like the 3x3 Framework, utilizing AI to refine and visualize narratives.
• Expedite prototyping and hypothesis testing with Generative AI tools, including the creation of mock-ups and product concepts.
• Inform product decisions by leveraging AI to analyze, prioritize, and assess features based on value, feasibility, and user impact.
• Streamline routine administrative tasks—such as email management, stakeholder communication, and note-taking—through AI, allowing more focus on strategic and creative endeavors.
• Facilitate discussions on AI ethics, bias, and data security to ensure responsible and sustainable implementation.
• Identify and craft valuable AI use cases that align with specific product and organizational needs.
• Experiment with approximately 20 diverse AI tools and models, ranging from productivity aids and prototyping platforms to generative video, image, and coding solutions.
