OMG Training in Srbija

Obuka „Analiza i objektivno projektovanje pomoću UML jezika“ namenjena je analitičarima, projektantima, programerima, testerima i menadžerima projekata, nudeći uvod u modelovanje sistema uz korišćenje UML-a.

Business analysis is the process of studying, understanding, and defining business needs to develop solutions that meet those needs. It is a key element in the process of managing organizational change and designing new business solutions. Business analysis aims to ensure that technological, process, or organizational solutions align with business goals and requirements. It plays a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness of projects and changes within an organization by ensuring that implemented solutions are accurate, feasible, and fully aligned with business requirements.

This instructor-led, live training in Srbija (online or onsite) is aimed at beginner-level / intermediate-level / advanced-level individuals who wish to use to develop skills in business and process modeling for a better understanding of the organization, products, and dependencies between processes, data, and stakeholders.

By the end of this training, participants will be able to:

• Understand the role of models as key communication tools in business analysis.
• Be able to select the right modeling method (BPMN, UML, SIPOC, Business Model Canvas) for a specific business goal.
• Know how to decompose complex business processes into clear diagrams.
• Identify touchpoints between processes, data, and system actors.
• Be able to assess the correctness and effectiveness of created business models.

This 14-hour Design Patterns course held in Srbija instructs you to apply proven patterns, thereby saving hundreds of hours in design and testing. You will acquire the skills to formulate organization-specific patterns, assess potential cost savings, and streamline your design process through UML and Java examples.

Through a blend of lectures, demonstrations, and interactive labs, this course illustrates the foundations for creating and sustaining an Enterprise Architecture (EA) using the Unified Architecture Framework (UAF) version 1.2.

Designed to teach the fundamentals of the Systems Modeling Language (SysML), its implementation via the MagicDraw/Cameo software, core MBSE simulation techniques, and industry best practices. This training covers the basics of creating templates and generating reports within the MagicDraw/Cameo suite, while also explaining how macros and scripts function internally and their various applications.

The course is structured to teach the core principles of the Systems Modeling Language (SysML), its implementation via MagicDraw/Cameo software, fundamental MBSE simulation techniques, and industry best practices. This training also equips professionals with insights into architectural simulation, introduces the Simulation Toolkit plugin, covers the simulation of various diagram types, and demonstrates how to link diagram simulations to automate architecture workflows.

This course is structured to teach the fundamentals of the Systems Modeling Language (SysML), its implementation via MagicDraw/Cameo software, core Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) simulation techniques, and MBSE best practices. The training offers an introductory overview of the essential concepts and features of CATIA No Magic’s Teamwork Cloud, while also introducing the key concepts and features of Domain Specific Languages (DSL) in MagicDraw.

This three-day training in Srbija provides system engineers with essential UML 2 and SysML skills for effective requirements gathering and embedded software design. Participants will learn to trace business rules to implementation and model blocks and interactions using Enterprise Architect to build agile and coherent system architectures.

This instructor-led, live training in Srbija (online or onsite) is aimed at project managers, architects, and system engineers who wish to model and evaluate systems using SysML V2 features and capabilities.

By the end of this training, participants will be able to specify, analyze, design, and verify complex systems using SysML V2.

In this instructor-led training located in Srbija (online or onsite), participants will learn how to employ SysML within Enterprise Architect (EA) to perform system requirements analysis and modeling.

By the end of this training, participants will be able to:

• Understand and apply SysML to Systems Engineering projects, using a Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) approach.
• Identify system requirements based on use case models.
• Design and analyze system architecture.

Applied Systems Engineering with SysML v2 centers on developing a cohesive system model, spanning from requirements and use cases to architecture, behavior, interfaces, and analysis. The curriculum blends the study of the language with an understanding of how its components interact to articulate a comprehensive system description.
