The primary objective of this course is to equip participants with the skills to plan, manage, and control project risks. Attendees will gain the necessary knowledge to create comprehensive risk management plans, identify potential risks, analyze those risks, and formulate appropriate response strategies. Participants will also learn to conduct both qualitative and quantitative risk analyses using practical techniques, mastering the essential tools and methods required to successfully pass the PMI-RMP® (Risk Management Professional) certification exam.
