This instructor-led, live training in Serbia (online or onsite) is aimed at intermediate-level business analysts who wish to learn the tools and techniques of business analysis and to prepare for the PMI-PBA exam.

By the end of this training, participants will be able to:

This training is designed to prepare participants for the Project Management Professional (PMP®) exam. Each participant will receive a certificate of completion after completing 35 hours of PMP-Prep training.

This course aims to enable participants to plan, manage and control project risks. By attending, participants will acquire the knowledge to develop project risk management plans, identify project risks, analyze the identified risks and plan responses for them. They will also learn to analyze the risks qualitatively and quantitively using different practical techniques and learn all the critical tools and techniques required to pass the PMI-RMP®  (Risk Management Professional) certification exam.
