Session 1: Introduction to Minitab

  • Creating a new project and importing data
  • Data manipulation and cleaning

Session 2: Descriptive Statistics

  • Measures of central tendency and variability
  • Graphical displays of data (histograms, box plots, scatter plots)
  • Data transformations

Session 3: Inferential Statistics

  • Hypothesis testing (one-sample t-tests, two-sample t-tests, ANOVA)
  • Confidence intervals
  • Nonparametric tests (Wilcoxon rank-sum test)

Session 4: Regression Analysis

  • Simple linear regression
  • Multiple regression
  • Model selection and validation

Note: While this course assumes a basic understanding of statistical concepts such as probability distributions, hypothesis testing, and regression analysis, it is structured to be accessible to individuals with little to no prior statistical background.
