Course Outline
Participants will gain knowledge and practical experience in the following QA & testing areas (among others):
- IT delivery models (including DevOps, Scrum, and SAFe®)
- The VOICE model for delivering business value through IT
- CI/CD pipelines and associated tooling
- QA & Testing topics, such as:
- Quality & test policy
- Monitoring & control
- Anomaly management
- Reporting & alerting
- Estimating & planning
- Metrics and continuous improvement
- Infrastructure
- Organizing quality engineering across multiple teams
- End-to-end testing within a single team or across multiple teams
- Quality characteristics and test varieties
- Personal, interpersonal, and team skills for effective collaboration within and across teams.
The training course provides participants with hands-on experience in these subjects through brief introductions followed by relevant exercises, allowing ample time for sharing experiences among all participants. Throughout the course, participants will also practice exam questions.
The course fee includes the TMAP® Organizing built-in quality at scale exam voucher. The examination is conducted in partnership with iSQI. Using this voucher, candidates can schedule their exam at a date and location of their choice.
Requirements
Participants should possess fundamental knowledge of information technology, experience working in teams, and familiarity with Agile working methods. While no specific certifications are mandatory, it is strongly recommended to first obtain the “TMAP: Quality for cross-functional teams” certification.
