Course Outline
Acquire knowledge and practical experience in key QA and testing areas, including:
- IT delivery models (including DevOps and Scrum)
- The VOICE model for realizing business value through IT delivery
- CI/CD pipelines and associated tooling
- QA and testing topics, such as:
- Quality risk analysis and testing strategy
- Acceptance criteria
- Review processes
- Test data management
- Test execution, research, and result assessment
- Monitoring and control
- Reporting and alerting
- Infrastructure and tooling
- Quality measures, including Specification and Example (SbE) and feature toggles
- Relationships between test design entities
- Test design techniques: data combination testing, state transition testing, and semantic testing
- Experience-based testing and the value of unstructured testing
The training allows participants to gain hands-on experience through concise introductions followed by relevant exercises, while also encouraging the sharing of experiences among all attendees. Throughout the course, participants will practice with exam-style questions.
The course fee includes the TMAP® High-performance quality engineering exam voucher. The exam is administered in partnership with iSQI. With this voucher, candidates can schedule the exam at a date and location of their preference.
Requirements
Participants are expected to have basic knowledge of information technology, team collaboration, and Agile methodologies. While no specific certifications are mandatory, we strongly recommend obtaining the "TMAP: Quality for cross-functional teams" certificate beforehand.
