Transfer errors. RS232 and RS485 electrical standards. Utilization of RS232
handshake signals. Capabilities of the STM32 USART peripheral.
SPI and related interfaces – usage, connection topologies, and application scenarios.
Implementation of STM32 SPI.
Characteristics of QSPI and OSPI.
Characteristics and low-level protocols of I2C. STM32 implementation.
Interfaces for memories and sensors.
OneWire interface and its potential implementations in microcontrollers –
via software, timers, or UART.
WS2812 interface – implementation using PWM timers, SPI, or UART.
Requirements
Familiarity with the C programming language and microcontroller technology is required.
