•    Module 3: Optimization & Constraints

  • Understanding Task Constraints and Deadline management.
  • The Critical Path: Identification, analysis, and strategies for acceleration.
  • Managing float, delays, and schedule slack.


Day 2: Resources, Costs, and Tracking
•    Module 1: Resource Management

  • Defining resources: Labor, Materials, and Costs.
  • Managing availability, rate tables, and variable expenses.
  • Assigning resources and resolving over-allocations (workload balancing).


•    Module 2: Financial Control

  • Entering fixed costs and one-time expenses.
  • Analyzing project, task, and resource expenditures.


•    Module 3: Tracking & Reporting

  • The Baseline: Establishing and saving the project plan.
  • Evaluating deviations and changes within the project scope.
  • Earned Value Analysis: Measuring project performance metrics.
  • Generating standard and custom reports for stakeholder communication.
