Requirements
Although there is no mandatory prerequisite, the CompTIA CySA+ certification is designed to build upon CompTIA Security+ or equivalent experience. Candidates pursuing the CompTIA CySA+ certification are recommended to have the following:
- 3-4 years of hands-on information security or related experience
- Network+, Security+, or equivalent knowledge
